Our Story
我們的歷史
Grove 於 2002 年創立，首間分店以小型三文治店起步，主打新鮮、健康及無防腐劑的外賣餐點 。
多年來，品牌持續拓展，逐步發展成為涵蓋三文治店、咖啡店、校園餐飲及到會服務的多元餐飲品牌 。
時至今日 ，Grove 已發展至 24 間分店，足跡遍佈全港，服務香港各個 社群 。隨著品牌穩步成長，Grove 亦致力於優化餐飲體驗——從昔日的快捷外賣，延伸至精緻舒適的堂食空間，並與時俱進地融入更多熱食與健康餐點，全方位滿足現代都市人的生活節奏與飲食追求。
Founded in 2002, Grove started as a small sandwich kiosk focused on fresh, preservative-free options for on-the-go customers. Over two decades, it has expanded into a multi-location brand with sandwich shops, upgraded cafés, campus dining outlets, and party catering services throughout Hong Kong. Today, Grove is evolving further with enhanced dine-in spaces and broader hot food menus to meet modern needs.
Design Philosophy
設計理念
Grove 的空間設計以白色及米色為主調，營造清新、簡約而舒適的氛圍 。配合綠植點綴，整體環境更顯自然親切，讓顧客在繁忙都市節奏中也能享受輕鬆自在的用餐體驗 。這種設計語言同時兼顧三文治店的高效節奏與咖啡店的休閒感，體現 Grove 一貫平衡「方便」與「舒適」的品牌理念。
Grove’s spaces use white and beige tones for a clean, comfy, welcoming feel, with hanging plants on walls and ceilings adding refreshing greenery. This design balances quick efficiency in sandwich shops and campuses with relaxed café comfort amid Hong Kong’s urban pace.
