Terms and Conditions 入會條款及細則

  1. This VIP card will be activated upon the completion of the application and cash transaction.
    填妥會員表格及預付指定金額，即享折扣優惠。​
     

  2. Each HKID/ passport number is for one application only 
    每一個身份證/護照號碼只限申請會籍一個。
     

  3. The prepaid unit is $500. Relevant discount (10%) will be immediately effective after every reloading.
    每次增值以 $500為單位，每次增值後，10% 折扣會即時在會員咭生效。​
     

  4. One point will be rewarded for every $1 spending. 
    每使用$1 可獲績分1 分。​
     

  5. Please present this VIP Card before placing an order. Photocopies are not accepted. 
    在購買前請出示會員咭，影印本概不接受。​
     

  6. Discount is valid for dine-in and takeaway only. Discount is not applicable to delivery orders. 
    此折扣優恵只適用於堂食或自取，不適用於送遞服務。​
     

  7. This VIP Card is non-transferable.
    此咭不可轉讓與他人。​
     

  8. Prepaid value of this card is non-refundable. The prepaid value will be valid for 1 year after every reloading (including points).
    所有預付金額不能退回現金，並需於每次增值後一年內使用， 逾期作廢。(包括分數)​
     

  9. This VIP Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers. 
    此會員咭折扣不可與其它優惠同時使用​
     

  10. This VIP Card is valid for Grove Sandwiches branches in Hong Kong (except branches in University Campus and Grove Café).　
    此會員咭折只適用於香港Grove Sandwiches分店(大學分店及Grove Café除外)。
     

  11. ​If this VIP Card is lost, stolen, or mislaid, members should report the loss at any of our shops by filling in the VIP Card
    Application Form. Our company will then cancel the reported lost VIP Card accordingly. Member should pay an
    administration fee of $30 for reissuing a new VIP Card.
    如遺失會員咭，會員須到本公司分店填寫此表格報失， 本公司會盡快取消貴客之會員咭，會員須繳付$ 30行政費作為重新發咭。
     

  12. ​Grove reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of Grove VIP without prior notice.
    Grove 保留修訂條款及細則的權利而無須事先通知。
     

  13. ​Personal information of the applicant will be kept confidential and used for administration and promotion only.　
    申請人的個人資料絕對安全及保密， 有關資料將用作Grove行政及為會員提供服務之用途。
     

  14. ​Grove reserves the right of final decision on any dispute.　
    如有任何爭議，一概以本公司最終決定為準。
